About

Hello and welcome to PODcast, a leading parent and lifestyle blog focused on capturing the adventures of the Doves. We’re a family of three – myself Charly, husband Jonathan and six year old ‘POD’ who was born on Christmas Day 2010. I’m a Surrey-based business owner, multi-award nominated blogger and a photographer with 20 years experience in the marketing industry. Having worked in Marketing Director/New Business Director level roles at leading London agencies (global networks and independents), I’m used used to working with brands and agencies.

Parent and lifestyle blog PODcast launched way back in 2012, initially as a place to share what we got up to in our spare time. Its seen huge growth since that time and its now one of the top 5% of UK parent blogs with a base of loyal readers and a strong social following. Typically posts are focused on lifestyle, parenting and our UK adventures. We also have a dedicated family travel blog, POD Travels, which covers our overseas exploits. Both blogs are heavily focused on photography.

PODcast is a multi-award nominated parent and lifestyle blog. It was a Finalist in the BritMums Brilliance in Blogging Awards 2016 and 2015 and a Finalist in the MAD (Mum and Dad) Blog Awards 2016 and 2014.
